Alex is now playing keyboards in Suede. Apparently, the
original keyboardist is suffering with M.E. so can't play
live or tour.

Go on then, spill the beans on Patrick. He once scared the
shit out of me at a gig. He stared right at me in the eye
for ages - just glaring psychotically. Bloody horrible
wierd man. I know he's probably very quiet nice and
sensitive really but it's no good frightening your fans is
it! I'd probably die at a Marilyn Manson gig!

I share similar views as you. I don't think the planes were
ever better live than with Rodney, Alex and Angelo
thrashing away and Alex's musical ability and input was
massive. Never failed to blow me away. The songs on Little
Paradise are indeed backed by Alex and co from Strangelove.
