I don't think its an unreasonable question, and it doesnt imply "strings"
Theres 2 questions really:
1. Someone should hold the cash until the collection's done, and either
theres enough collected to buy swagger outright, or hold it until gerard
says what he wants to do if not (like make up the difference, or someone
tops it up afterwards).
2. if it turns out there isnt enough, or we cant get the album, then people
should know what happens to their donation - will it be returned, given to
charity or what?
I dont think it would be wrong to decide in advance on these.
