Up in a down world

Hi, how are you, How's it going.......

I was the happy, glowing one who rushed the stage last Friday.....well
it may be the last time ...you never know......
Great to meet everyone...my girlfriend was impressed that no one wore an
anorak (except the mad chap at the front who I had a little run in
with!) That caused me to leave early so didn't stay around to meet any
of the band.
Anyway I returned to work today after a few days offto find over 70
e-mails to read the vast majority from planes fans....I'm still working
my way through them....
My recollections of the gig are also hazy, but my girlfriend pointed out
that Gerard didn't say hello, or thanks at any point in the gig, and
said she found him totally self-obcessed......and was annoyed that he
fended off my attempt to kiss him during 'Breaking in my Heart'....ce la
vie! 
I'm still up for hosting a 'planes night at my place in London in the
new year if there's enough interest....and perhaps we could organise a
fundraiser of some sort to help Gerard buy 'Swagger'...
