I ought to know but...

I'm trying to get 2 tickets for the London gig. The tickets themselves are
very
reasonably priced at
£8.50 but I note that the Ticketmaster site wants me to pay
£3 service charge and £1.50 handling charge.
This is obviously a rip off, but can I avoid it by going to the box office
myself?

I last saw the Planes in 89 and won't miss out for £4.50 - I just don't
fancy
giving it to the middlemen.
