   Kurt Cobain killed the hair metal scene!  And yes, Seattle killed
manchester from exploding in the US!  Charlatans UK were on day time MTV
for
weeks and then came nirvana, pearl jam, alice in chains etc.

   Oh well?  It did make ways for groups like Neds Atomic Dustbin who
almost
went gold in the state, (350.000 copies sold give or take a few).
