This is very much right....
But...
One little thought...
It's such a bloody shame the music-industry does a lot of efforts to
promote
English and American music.
We have some excellent bands in Belgium who at least have the talent to
sell
as much cd's as all English and American bands as well.
Somewhere we find a little 'chauvinism' in our attitude.
For some who are able to : you SHOULD really try :
- Soulwax (a very, very great band touring in England right now.)
- ARID (touring with Counting Crows right now all over Europe)
- dEUS (no introduction needed)
- Novastar (rather new band with excellent Crowded house sounding songs.
- Zita Zwoon
- K's Choice.
I have to admit tough I didn't know any of the list Kath mentioned..
