If anyone has a turntable and associated gubbins (as listed by Patrick
below) that they would like to sell, please contact me off list. I bought
one three years ago and it’s been played to death, so I require a new
(second hand) one. I also have albums on CD but I love the ritual of
playing a vinyl LP. In fact, where I live there is a monthly vinyl-only
night in a local coffee shop, where everyone turns up with three tracks to
play (be they from an album , 12” or 7” single). It’s a very sociable
event.

Go vinyl!

Neville

Hi, (can't resist 'joining in')...

I've got a turntable (+ all the other gumph that went with having
'seperates'; iow lots of 'black oblong boxes' with knobs on them), up in
the loft, with all my other obsolete electrical equipment/ debris.

I suppose if 'A-G' could be deployed, I could 'float' a copy of the vinyl
up there & listen to it!!...

However, in the interim, I prefer to listen to my promo-CD version
instead. (not via eBay, I hasten to add)...

p.s. Compliments to David (artwork looks 'spot-on'); maybe the band should
employ you to market their future 'bootlegs'?

Pat

Oh, I've got a turntable.

Haven't bought the record.

Excellent! This list is starting to look like the script of the film "12
Angry Men".

Before too long every home will have one!
