Re: Beatsongs

I have managed to get hold of Beatsongs and Rough Music which should
arrive in a few days. If it is wrong to be this excited about new CDs I
don't want to be right.
I probably don't have much right to comment on RA being a newbie etc but
I shall add my opinion for what it's worth. Agreed,he writes music to die
for and listening to an LP and coming across his singing took me by
surprise at first but has grown on me considerably. It makes a refreshing
change sometimes. Gerard and Rodney akin to bread and butter...very much
perfect together but you can have dry bread or a different spread and have
butter on other things like crackers and potato. At the end of the day,
they're just better together. Add some jam (JL) and away you go. (Well,
I know where I was going with that analogy, I'll leave it there for comedy
value.)
Cheers,
Abi
