Lads and lassies

I've just had a tip-off from Sam Giles (designer of Gerard's LIT album
sleeve) that Gerard will be performing at Bristol's Ashton Court festival
this weekend.

He'll be doing an acoustic set with Rodney Allen and Joff Lowson on the
Classical Stage at 7.15pm on Saturday.

Those who don't know, the annual Ashton Court festival used to be the
largest free festival in Europe. This year they're charging a measly five
quid each day (Saturday and Sunday) for all sorts of entertainment. There
are over 150 acts appearing over the two days including Robert Plant, The
Electric Soft Parade and McKay, plus there's always plenty of other stuff
like bungee-jumping, arts and craft stalls, food and booze to be had. All
this and Gerard too. So get there if you can and support the man on
Saturday! Here's the Ashton Court website if you're interested:
http://www.ashtoncourtfestival.com/

Also, Sam says there are still some copies of LIT available, so if you
don't have one (why not?!) you can mail him at polishfisherman@su...com

Hope to see some of you on Saturday then!
