I suppose that I've always been interested in the transgendered theme
that I've seen pop up a few times, for example:
"Rubber breasts or a rubber crotch
Stitches to show something's missing
No, they'll happily give you anything
And stop crying, hold out your hand
...
Come here sweetie, out of the closet
What do you think of that?"
Also, some of the artwork that I've seen for the BA involves a couple of
non-gender specific characters, (e.g., the Loved EP).
If you look through the BA's lyrics you'll see that they play with
gender an awful lot, although he usually tries to make non
gender-specific statements (e.g., "These lovers, you ask them to go
...etc.).
And, lastly, I think that the girl in the red dress on FLP2 is Gerard.
I also wonder if the girl on the front cover of Tolerance is Gerard (the
chin is a dead giveaway)?
Anybody here think I'm crazy?
