Hey, screw youse guys. I like Rodney's music. I also like Captain
Beefheart & Can, etc... You can't compare them to each other. It's great
stuff on its own - next to Gerard's music it's ... different.
Nirvana was a poor man's Replacements was a poor man's Alice Cooper was a
poor man's ...uhhh Doors? And I'll take the Replacements over the Doors
anyday. (I'm not a big Billy Bragg fan either. Not that he's not good at
what he does - it just doesn't appeal to me. Go figure.)
