In a similar vein as "knock her up" - but not nearly
as hilarious!  (that is good)

My cousin was visiting from Dublin and he hit it off
with a friend of mine...they set a date and he said he
would call at 7.

She thought it was on the phone and was shocked when
he came to her house to pick her up at 7 and she
wasn't even dressed.

oh - and I had a little trouble with people using
"yeah" on the end of every sentence.  I was answering
them and it was not necessary!
