I grew up in Wallingford, Oxfordshire (pop 12000) and now live in
Aldershot, Hampshire (pop 40000)about 40 miles from London. No REM but we
do have the MegaCity Four. It's not the same is it? Places in England just
don't have that romantic sound to them.
