It's all to do with English history and a far less interesting story than
rough music, so I'm going to be extremely lazy and let someone else tell
it!
Does Gerard only wear the shades on stage? When I met him at the Rodney
Allen Experience gig late '98 (anyone else remember that one?)he wasn't
wearing them. But then he was stood at the bar and probably wanted to see
what he was drinking. A real pleasure to buy him a drink and a very nice
bloke. He told me then that the new Aeroplanes' album would be out in
January 99, so I think 1999 must have been a frustrating year.
By the way I contacted the Badlands mail order place that someone
mentioned
yesterday. They told me that Cavaliers would be £13.99 plus postage.
Official release date 28th Feb but they hoped to get copies by 7th Feb.
I'm
green for jealousy at all those of you that already have copies.

It's Texas Christian University, and thier mascot is a
Horned Frog. Sometimes it feels like the Texas
Christian Union down here, though. And you could
probably hear a few implicit lectures about wives
being paraded around there, or you could go next door
to Texas Women's University, which now accepts men.
Now the hard part - disect "Cavaliers and Roundheads,"
especially Roundheads - Politicians??? is my guess.
