Its been very good on the David McComb List lately, Graham Lee published
some words from unpublished McComb songs. Very Moving
However. if I say so myself I'm extremely good at managing to get a list
to
talk about something totally unrelated. I once mentioned on the Cardiacs
list how I lived oppoisite the woman who went onto marry Ross in Friends
(Helen Baxadale I think) and how I used to help get her car to work) and
for the next 3 months all we got was minor celeb stories. All very
intersting. I'll try it here.
"I once used used live opposite Helen Baxendale who went on to appear in
Friends as Ross's English wife. At the time I had a crappy Ford Escort
than
would never start and she had an elderly jag she could never get going" We
used help each other start each other's cars . Has anyone else got an
interesting story to tell about meeting a minor celebrity ?
take it from me Ewan this one can go one for years.
I am actually very upset about Dave McComb's passing, The very ironic
thing
was the iller he got, the better his lyric's.
Sorely, very missed David McComb
May his troubled heart rest in peace.
Alan
