Thanks Chris,
Wholeheartedly concur with your comments regarding 'Sixth Continent' ; I
don't remember them ever playing it live, so will be worth the price of
admission on it's own, the beguiling country strumming intro gradually
accelerating into an all out neurotic thrash. It's so......... well, Blue
Aeroplanes, innit ?
I've been called to the Valleys for work all next week, so will miss Water
Rats AND Sticky Mike's, but will catch up with you all at the Fleece on my
way home. I'm trying the hostel at Arnolfini this time, so will likely
begin
the evening at the Ostrich, en route to Seven Stars etc, if any of the
PV's,
NW's et al are around.
Ah, Bristol, again
G
PS Incidentally, just got a pair of tickets through my door for the ahab
gig
on the Thekla in October, so may see one or two of you there, as well.

Subject: [BluePlanes] Tour Line Up
Hi all
Here's the line up for the upcoming tour:
Gerard Langley
John Langley
Chris Sharp
Gerard Starkey
Mike Youe
Bec Jevons
Wojtek will be doing London, Brighton & Bristol
Rodney can only make the Bristol date and won't be doing the whole gig.
The London show has less than 80 tickets left and is likely to sell out so
we advise to buy in advance to be sure of getting in.
We'll be playing the whole of Beatsongs with the excepting of "Fun" which
we
will do in Bristol with Rod. Gerard S is stepping into Rod's shoes to do
Streamers for the rest of the dates.
I have to say the rehearsals sound amazing. Beatsongs was always my
personal
favourite album anyway. I saw the band live about 25 times before I joined
and I'd never seen a live version of Sixth Continent. It's gonna be worth
the wait!
Hope to see some of you next week around the UK!
Chris
