Mine arrived today: thanks! 

A warning to others though - at least some of them (mine!) have been put 
together wrong - the record is just resting between the inner sleeve and 
the outer sleeve all inside the outer bag, instead of properly inside the 
inner sleeve which is then inside the outer sleeve.  So when you open it 
it falls out and you scratch it, which is annoying.  So open it carefully. 
 I'm not going to make a fuss (other than this one...) but I am kind of 
hoping they come with a download code, though it's still nicer to have the 
physical object.
