the trouble of a vinyl only release is that someone can digitally record
it convert it to mp3, flac or any one of a number of formats and have it
on
a file sharing site before gerrard has got home from the gig and has
settled
down with his mug of ovaltine ....

I reckon Gerard is still angling for a record company/distribution deal
before releasing the album digitally. Luckily, I still have several
functioning turntables so will be able to listen.
