I considered the trip to Austin, but $650 for an Aeroplane ticket is a bit much. They also wanted to route me through New York (from Las Vegas)! /Now does that make any sense??!/

Hi everyone

Here's the latest...

There will definitely be new t-shirts on sale at the Thunderbolt gig on Sunday week. We're making 100 (in all shapes and sizes!). Any left over will go on sale through the website. There have been a lot of people enquiring about the availability of the "Lit" series CDs. Unfortunately the limited edition individually numbered gatefold type copies of all 4 released so far sold out within a few weeks. However, Sam has made 25 jewel case versions of each of the 4 Lit albums and they will also be available at the gig, again with any remaining on sale through the website.

As I mentioned before, John Stapleton will be throwing in sound effects and humorous one-liners off vinyl throughout the set (a regular occurrence back in the 80's) and Wojtek and Dave Chapman are traveling down from London so the small stage should be chaotically packed!

The gig will be previewed with a feature in the Bristol Evening Post next Thursday and something is being set up with Radio Bristol (details to come later)

The tickets are selling quite fast already and it's expected to pick up after the promo stuff this week so it's probably a good idea to get them in advance if you can from here http:// www.bristolticketshop.co.uk/ (click on Thunderbolt). Initially we're weren't expecting it to sell out in advance as it's a Sunday night but as the capacity is quite small it's better to be safe than sorry!

For any of you in the States who are planning to come to the SXSW shows, here's the full line up for the showcases (stage times may change at the last minute!):
