This is a matter that warrants careful consideration, despite the fact
that I can't make the London gig (although I guess that the likelihood
will be that at least some of the songs will also appear in Bristol, with
them being rehearsed up). I shall return with my choices later
today.....Incidentally, I bought my ticket for the Bristol gig t'other
day, and only got number 5. Not selling too well yet then, but I'm sure
more will go nearer the time.On another tangent, I went to see Rita Lynch
play in the Junction on Stokes Croft the Saturday before last. Her
backing back was half the Aeroplanes - Gerard Starkie, Joe Allen and the
mighty John Langley. She played a brilliant set - the best I've ever seen
her play. I think having a band that good rocking behind her inspired to
greater heights than usual.Gerard S also did an excellent support set
backed by Joe and John.Just had a quick look at the website - its coming
on very well Chris! There are quite a few lps missing from the "related
albums" section (Caroline Trettine's was the first absence I noted) but I
guess it is still very much a work in progress, and getting the shop up
and running is a higher priority!LIT 4 is still for sale there, for anyone
who missed out.PV(very tempted by the Swagger mobile!)

Nice one David.

My Hurricane (including speaker-to-speaker aeroplane fly past special
effects)
Weightless and Ups (they shall not be torn asunder) and if these two count
as one song then:

After a few beers in the Windmill tonight me & Gerard came up with an idea
for the London gig next month. As there will be lots of material from the
new album (as well as the usual favourites) we thought it would be a good
idea If everyone on this newsgroup submitted 3 songs that they would like
to see live. We'll count up the votes and the top 3 most requested songs
will be played at the Dingwalls gig. To start the ball rolling I'm
throwing these in...

Journal of an Airman

Veils Of Colour

So come on, lets here from all of you - especially those who always read
but never post!

PS The shop if now up and running on the site. You can buy albums and
"stuff`". T-Shirts and posters to follow as soon as I can get my bloody A3
scanner to work!
