Gig poster

  • Subject: Gig poster

I noticed a poster today advertising the gig next week. Done in that 60's
psychedelic style of Rick Griffin, Stanley Mouse et al, its pretty
striking
even if you have to give the poster a few seconds look to decypher the
actual text to see who the hell its advertising. IIRC it features the
picture of a boy with his arms outstretched, with a model aeroplane in
each
hand, and the bands playing listed either side of him. It says "The Blue
Aeroplanes play Harvester", Saturation Point and Gerald Starkey and a few
details about the gig. Quite a work of art.

I wouldn't be at all surprised if Sam, who sometimes posts here and is
responsible for the design of the LIT series of sleeves, may be the
culprit
here too?

The poster mentioned something about a special edition of Harvester being
available only on the night. No mention of what makes it special though?
Extra tracks? Different cover? Any clues anyone?

See y'all at the gig.
