Sorry, but this had to be said
On the continued references to Mr Hitchcock I decided to re-appraise 
myself of said singer/songwriter.
Previous listens had revealed little of burning talent, but perhaps I 
either was now suitably mature, or perhaps the music got better the older 
he got?

So, I borrowed the library (well i wasn't going to pay for a new CD!) 
'Spooked'

Eagerly I set up the system, settled back with beer in hand... 

A rather Girl Guides campfire guitar motif started to annoyingly jingle...
'It'll improve with the singing' I mused...

And the first lyrics??

I'm afraid this coloured my vision of the rest of the album (in between 
cleaning up the spat out beer and wiping away the tears!)
