If I can somehow get my hands on it, I think I can make it available to a
wider audience via FTP or something ....
Or can someone just rip it to MP3s and zip them and send a
yousendit.comfile to the list?

I have a copy of Bagpipe Music, lovingly recorded from NW2's vinyl, and
mastered to CDR. Somebody give me their address off-list and I'll post
them
a copy. That person can copy it on to the next...
