YouTube is ace, although there was talk of the record companies starting to 
sniff around the copyrighted material.  Best get on there quick...
On the subject... what I use to download is KeepVid 
(http://keepvid.com/lite/) - you can just whack in the URL and it'll let you 
save it as an .flv file.  You then have to either have a flash video viewer 
or convert it into something more useful - I use Riva FLV encoder 
(http://www.rivavx.com/?encoder).  It makes out that it's for converting 
things to FLV format but if you pick an FLV to convert and type in the 
extension of the format you want (I use mpg) it'll convert backwards too.
And the best news is... all of this is free!
