Hi folks
Try again (Not having much luck trying to post this, this week) Thought
before I went any further I would introduce myself.

I'm Mike, I can just about claim to still be in my early 40's and I live in
Fife.

I've been a BA fan since 'Swagger'. Technically speaking I've seen the band
4 times live (might actually be 5), but the sum total of the first
appearance was the closing chord of the REM support slot at the Edinburgh
Playhouse gig in 1989. We did mean to see them but they were on VERY early
that night. Big regret.

Subsequently I saw them at Fat Sam's in Dundee touring Swagger then in
Glasgow, perhaps at King Tut's, perhaps elsewhere promoting, I think, the
Loved EP. If they toured Beatsongs in Glasgow I'm sure I would have been
there but I can't for the life of me remember. Perhaps someone has a better
memory. I suspect I'm showing myself up as something of a dilettante
already...

Anyhow I finally signed up for the list because after Sunday I had so many
unanswered questions about the show and current band and I was surprised
how
little material there is online.

I'll probably tend to lurk but reading a list such as this is far more
productive than reading the music press.

Cheers
Mike M
