Norwegian hot pick

Whilst swapping music likes + dislikes with the Norwegian contingent at the
Borderline Eyvind mentioned a band called Serena Maneesh - 'lo and behold -
The Guardian 'Track of the Week' is Drain Cosmetics by the very same.

"a Norwegian band that are to Primal Scream + the Mary Chain were to the
Velvets + Stones. But blessed-out nostalgia rock works here. It comes at 
you
in miasmic cloudbursts of guitar, distorted  refried, floating over you,
showering you with acid rain then floating on before you know what 
happened,
lingering like a crush."

Absolutely no idea what any of that means - but does sound good and no sign
of any skis.
