I can remember seeing Bright Star Catalogue and Up in a Down World mentioned
on gig fliers 10 years ago.

From the aforementioned play.com:
Bristol Byzantine/Raise The Roof High
Tree Full Of Starlings
Surreal Thing
Hexanal
Star Below
Up In A Down World
Adulthood
Bright Star Catalogue
Multinational
Beautiful Is (As Beautiful Does)
Bristol Byzantine (Part 2)
As far as I'm aware most of it was recorded over a very long period,
probably since Cavaliers, as and when material, money and personnel were
available. There was an Altitude in the can around 3 years ago, but
whether that Altitude and the this one are the same I have no idea.

I haven't time even to cut and paste it, but you can find the track listing
on play.com.

Hi Patrick - Welcome - despite the fact that you've managed to make
everyone else pretty jealous with your first ever post!
Glad to hear a positive comment anyway. I was (and still am) a bit
worried that the production might let it down a bit. I heard a couple of
tracks a while ago and they didn't sound as good as they had done live
(Raise the Roof was the main offender).
The cover art back then was one of Anne Sheldon's paintings - not sure if
that will be the same now though.

Hi
Am 'new' to the list (only joined a couple of weeks ago!!), having
been a BA fan for a long time; So, I hope this reaches the right people
etc.
Don't know if anyone else has heard the CD, but I've managed to
acquire myself a Promo copy (sorry, but I can't reveal my source!!) .
Can I just say that it is 'FanBloodyTastic'.
In my opinion though, the stand-out (by a west country mile) track is
'Up In A Down World', closely followed by 'Raise The Roof', 'Bright Star
Catalogue' , and 'Surreal Thing'.
Haven't seen the cover artwork though (anybody got any ideas on that
aspect).
Regards
Patrick
