I had a lot of other torrents seeding on my PC on Sunday, and I killed
them all - that made my upload speed go from ~5 to ~30. That should
help...
If you're getting only low speeds, is it possible that your port is
firewalled? I don't know crap about torrents really, except that there's
always something that isn't set right.
