For those of you in London early tomorrow night there will be a package
about the Blue Aeroplanes on BBC London TV news between 6.30 and
7pm....as I'm editing the programme ! We have interview with Gerard and
EMI.
Although EMI have been unable to provide me with a ticket as yet so Lisa
I still need the spare one you offered me......

Yes, lots going on!  I have been asked to hold off reporting back on the
tour just for now coz lots of dates, although booked, are not finalised.
Rescue Rooms is on the list, as are venues in Leicester, London (Mean
Fiddler) and Scotland.  I will know more next week :o) so will give you
all news as soon as I know.  Mostly, I think the tour is looking to be a
UK one, although Gerard and his tour manager are discussing possible odd
gigs at venues in Europe and New York (to coincide with the South By
SouthWest thingy).  Like I said, nothing is 100% confirmed anywhere yet
(the venues may have confirmed, but Gerard and the gang still need to
work out what is possible.

So my advice would be, if you see it on the web, bookmark the site by
all means, but don't buy any tickets just yet.  This is still the most
reliable place to find out what's definitely happening!

Went to EMI with Gerard on Thursday... guess what was on the art
departments stereo as we walked in...?

Said hello to Gerard at the Robyn Hitchcock gig at the Fleece the other
night, and had a longer chat with Ann about RH!  Nick W from the list
was there too of course - he chatted to Gerard for longer so hopefully
will have a bit more news.

Needless to say, Mr Hitchcock and chums were superb.
