  Make you right Jonathan.
There is also a hardcore of 'gigers' that might go to ANYTHING around
these venues.
  It,s a punt on a sell-out though and I wouldn't want to miss out.
  I got 1-2 &3.
Took a stroll around today meeself today to nail down about chucking-out
time and all.
Seems like they have 10.30 Curfew on live music, bar extended if they
have
club night.
Jim Capaldi played in front of family ,friends and old, old fans afew
years back, and I remember a very relaxed atmosphere post-performance,
which
is the dilemna facing anyone needing to get last trains etc.
For those that don't, I made some enquiries.

The good ol' Travelodge Drury Lane Has most types of room @ £75 that
night. They have Parking @ £15 a day, subject to blah blah blah, but if they
do, that ain,t bad, and five minutes walk from gig.

Strand Palace Hotel, however has a standard twin that night @ £89, with 3
course meal AND Full English. Not bad. 10-15 minute walk. Safe.

I only say AND Full English, because my final suggestion would be the
Fielding Hotel, but they don't do breakfast at all,Single @ £80,
Double@ £100, Double WITH sitting room @ £130. Bit unusual I reckon, but
never stayed there, always wanted to. In any case, it's about half way
between the other two, is right behind Bow Street Magistrates Court where
Henry Fielding invented the modern Police Force, and should therefore be as
safe as South Sea Bubble.

  Bring it on !
  See you there
  G
