Robyn was brilliant both nights. But then again, I never miss him when he plays here. He played solo acoustic - but was definitely on. I like the new stuff as well. He did a sort of requests thing though so we had a really good mix of old and new.

Plus a wonderful public service announcement song:
"Everyone knows that W sucks but Rumsfeld is the Anti-Christ" which went over very well since his crowd here is definitely not for Bush.

It'll be a nice contrast to the BA's gig the following night.
Enjoy and let us know how it is!
(the 2nd?  That is my birthday - tip a pint for me...!)

Me:
I've seen him quite a few times too, but I've not seen him do a totally acoustic gig for a long time so I'll be looking forward to that. At least I assume that he'll be doing a similar show - you never know.
