Can I start the ball rolling by suggesting that the tour starts in Hemel
Hempstead Old Town Cellar Bar. Two grand should cover hall hire & band
expenses ( but then I have absolutely no idea how much putting a band on
costs) I was due to have the Aeroplanes play at this very venue for my
40th but breakdown of communications etc meant it didn't happen. Here's
my fiver to start with.

Phil (not that Phil, the other one) may be joking, but it's happened
before-- but not with the Aeros.  The last time the JBC toured the US of
A, several of us fans across the country stumped up for the house
guarantee funds at the various gigs.  Not as though the guarantee funds
were ever required, of course.  The JBC sold out everywhere they went.
Some labels just don't get it.
