Snub TV

 Yes the band were on Snub TV on BBC2. In many ways that programme dates
from a good era in youth or music orientated shows. From what i remember it
was quite an arty piece, but then it was that kind of programme. Not sure 
if
they played live in a conventional sense, but audio from And Stones with
graphics and interview with Gerard.

Someone mentioned The Tube. Definitely not.

The Old Grey Whistle Test in 1986, yes, playing Arriving (as a last minute
replacement for the Smiths). The programme showed the Tolerance video the
previous week.

The band made plenty of appearances on cable and satellite tv in the late
80's and early 90's.
