I've not gone quite so far as to listen to Cardboard Box in the bath--I
mean, after six or so minutes you'd have to leap out and press replay
before
My Hurricane came along and broke the atmosphere--but I recall being
transfixed by it the first time I heard it.
I don't know if it's the same for everyone else, but on the appearance of
each new BAs album I've been a little sceptical at first, against the
claims
of the existing albums. So I was listening to Beatsongs, thinking it was
okay, and confirming the fact that I liked Yr Own World, but on the whole
thinking it didn't match Swagger: and then up started this sparkling
daydreaming miracle and life hasn't looked the same since.
