Re: RE: Gerard's gig

I too should love a copy of this enigmatic CD (although I have no right to
ask, really); I heard a track from it on Late Junction
(Radio 3) and it did sound weird. It really did sound like Gerard Langley
reading a favourite poem (Neruda, was it?) over an REM
out-take without any vocals. Surely it wasn't?
Anyway, I have tried to wriggle out of a commitment to play the fiddle in
Berkeley but can't. It's a wedding and the function is
being held at a theme park (apparently) which goes by the name (deep
breath) of Cattle Country.
It's either that or The Cube.
Tricky.
Philip
I have an address and two rather sticky ten pound notes I got the last
time I played my fiddle. they can be yours ! (for a CD)
