Swarfinger/Art Star is the label(s) -- I don't know
how widely it'll be distributed, but I am sure you'll
be able to mail order it at the very least. (I am
planning to go to all of the shows currently scheduled
on the January tour, and assuming "Cavaliers and
Roundheads" isn't widely available here in the States,
I will probably buy a number of copies. Then, anyone
over here who wants one can get one from me for the
same price I pay for them.)
