Hello again,
Where are my manners?? -- Happy new year everybody - especially to
those
unfortunate souls like myself who are slowly turning green at all this
talk
of ticket availability, small exclusive venues, and pre-show drinkies. I
wanna come too. Please let me come......
But, no matter......I shall put on Damian`s much appreciated tape of the
December gig at high volume on the appointed date and pretend.......
Other matters -- still no response to my `Your Ages` lyrics request -
Gerard`s lyrics were on the record sleeve, and very deciferable anyway --
it`s Rodney`s part that I can`t make out. Many thanks anyhow to Katrina (I
think) whose response included an interpretation of the lyrics that had
not
occured to me at all...
- Everyone happy with their `Weird Shit` tape? I`m glad I had the chance
to
spread its wonders to an appreciative audience - favourite moments
anyone??
I still have one first generation copy left ready to send. I would love to
send it to someone who can most effectively distribute it further, but
being
a self-serving little toad as I am, I would be most inclined to send it to
someone who can furnish me with a long-sought-after copy of `Siamese
Boyfriends`....does that make me a bad person???
- Incidentally, what is the track-listing to this `world view blue` import
that has been mentioned?? Any tracks unavailable elsewhere??
-- Last request - my brother is picking up a copy of `Cavaliers...` for me
when it emerges, but my plea is still valid for copies of anything else
(recorded) available at gigs...... Remuneration would, of course, be
forthcoming....
