I get the impression that they've all (or nearly all) been recorded
already. It's not so much a matter of producing all this material as
finally getting it released (or re-released, as I *think* Gerard is 
cheating and counting Swagger as one of the 5).

Hmmm, at the risk of attracting flames, I have to admit that as I 
thought Rough Music was a marked down-turn in quality (which I 
always suspect may be due to Angelo's departure, though this is 
just a theory), I'm a little unsure of whether the new material
will match up to the prime-time Planes. To be honest until recently
I thought they had bitten the dust. But I hope they surprise
me, and I'll be down at the Folk House next Friday hopefully to
witness a phoenix-like rebirth...shame about the lack of the 'plane
noise intro, I used to love that too.
