Art Star(s)

I just stumbled on an old "Blue Aeroplanes Information Service" release
which proclaims "as hinted at the end of last year, the new album is to be
called 'ART STARS' and it's finally completed." There's no date on this
thing, but it's been lying in a drawer for at least two years. I wonder
how long this record has been in the can. I was more interested in the
songs it names, some of which I had forgotten about:

Bright Star Catalogue (played at recent gigs)
Surreal Thing (ditto)
Birthday Suit 'n' Badge (ditto, I think)
Spiky Young Iconoclast (?)
Beautiful Is (?)
Up In A Down World (whatever happened to that? New version on the new
album?)
Had It All, Lost It, Got It Back, Gave It Away, Now I Want It Again But
It's Gone! (surely not)

So, anyway, given the length of time which has passed, I wonder whether
the track list will have changed at all. And what will the album now be
called? Why not "Art Stars"? And when did Gerard write the song "Art
Star"? Seems recent. Will it be on the album, if the rest of it was
recorded over two years ago?

So many questions....
