www.ebay.com is an enormous online auction house. I keep hearing that it
was originally started for collectors of Pez dispensers, though I don't
know if that's true. Some people have started serious careers buying good
stuff at secondhand shops and reselling it for a lot on eBay. Some people,
including a roommate of mine, put a great time deal of time and effort
into eBay but always end up converting their monetary gains into
more stuff.
Never used it myself.
