I get exactly the same thing.  It's a right pain in the arse, and no

    Well, it's no wonder the Blue Aeroplanes have only 8 votes in the
Glastonbury voting booth.  I have visited the site about a dozen times
now, but every time the bloody thing thinks I have already voted.  I think
I understand all the stuff about dynamic IP addresses on the internet, bit
it's still bloody annoying.
