Archive search engine update

The mailing list archive search engine has been 'upgraded' to a
database-driven system, instead of the text-file system it was using
before.
Searches are MUCH faster now....

The messages are listed in chronological order, most recent first, but the
date is no longer displayed. You can blame it on Outlook's export
feature -
I do... As soon as I figure out how to tell Outlook to export the date as
well, it'll be back in there.
