I agree with Taco Pip about not getting the gist of
the Planes till you see them live.
I really liked them after hearing Spitting Out
Miracles (lucky for me that I worked in college radio
and had access to it!) and also loved
Friendloverplane...but when I went to see them on the
Swagger tour - they quickly became favourites.
all due to the sheer power of their live show...the
multiple guitar attack and all that goes along with
it. And nearly being kicked in the head by
Wojtek...that really woke me up...only a few notes
into the show.
But, I have "converted" many a listener on recorded
work alone as well...
