It certainly sounds like it! Beatsongs (and Swagger) I'd certainly say
are better than the earlier LPs, but Life Model and Rough Music are in
my opinion patchier, and certainly not up to the standard of Spitting
Out Miracles. Unfortunately Beatsongs isn't on release currently to my
knowledge, but definitely worth tracking down. Or else get the Huh!
compilation, it's a budget release covering the Ensign era.
>PS has Bop Art ever been re-released, it's a bugger to buy?
They often have it on sale at gigs.
>PPS Web-site recommendations for buying cds?
For second-hand, try www.eil.com, or the other recomendations.
Hope you find a copy of Beatsongs, I'm almost jealous of you getting
to hear it for the first time,
Cheers,
Ewan
