Loooky bastid. I can't convince my wife to come to a gig. She had the
misfortune of dating musicians before she married me, so she knows what
the
whole thing is all about and how horrible the whole business is.

I'm reminded of a horrible film at this point:
"You know, there's that guy who always wears the t-shirt of the band
that's
playing?"
"Yeah?"
"Well, DON'T BE THAT GUY."

Oh man that's awful. But frankly, I'd lose my BA t-shirt in exchange for
seeing one of their gigs.
The last time I saw the Aeros was '96 at The Mean Fiddler. Loreli as
support. It was a pretty foul gig, actually. Some lagered up lad in a
freaking Ben Sherman shirt, swinging his fists trying to mosh. He got too
close to me, so I put my elbow into his throat and sent him packing. (I'm
not a violent guy in any way, but I hate it when people waggle their fists
in my face.) I was so disgusted with the whole thing I just put my coat
on
and left before the end of the gig.
